Uncle Jay was such a great person and we have so much respect for him ranging from his service to our country, to the contributions he made to his community and to his family. Jay was such a wonderful person. When I returned to Sidney after college as a new pharmacist, Jay was always willing to offer a "tip" and loved to show off the history of the Wilson-Tobin building. He was a caring person and was loved and respected by all who knew him. He will be missed!
